2.3 The planned commencement date is May能個 15, 2014, the planned completion d學美ate is November 30, 201懂水4, and the construction peri煙妹od is 200 calendar days.

III. Qualification requirements o的校f the Bidder

3.1 The applicant must be a legal pe腦厭rson or organization w城動hich has Grade B qualification (or abo低人ve) building construction engi林黑neering construction general contractor人地 approved and issued照一 by  construction 工村administrative department i花們n charge and a safety 我風production license (copy) and sh動業ould have corresponding constr了討uction ability in terms of perso到計nnel, equipment, funds and other a雪能spects.

3.2 The project manager or registered暗間 constructor proposed to 錢視be dispatched by the bidder sho麗的uld have a Registered Associate 和紙 Constructor license or above appro看玩ved and issued by construction admi就兵nistrative department in charge.知聽

3.3 Project management person筆兵nel proposed to be dispatche書秒d by the bidder should 書到not engage in other construction 都新in progress. IV. Acquisition of bidding documen在小ts
